Rebeca de Miguel
Head of Operations
Rebeca de Miguel is Head of Operations at the ELLIS Alicante Foundation. She holds multidisciplinary degrees in Communication (Journalism), as well as in Film Studies and in the History and Theory of Art, both equivalent to master’s-level qualifications (EQF Level 7 / MECES Level 3). She also holds a Postgraduate Specialisation Diploma for Managing Directors of Foundations.
Rebeca has over two decades of leadership experience in organisational development, ethical management, and strategic transformation across private and public institutions. Prior to joining ELLIS Alicante, she was Senior Operations and Communications Manager at the Madrid Institute for Advanced Studies in Networks (IMDEA Networks Foundation).
